What We Do
Promoting Fine Culinary Arts for over 25 years, the Zimbabwe Chefs Association (ZICA) is the leading network representing the nation’s most talented chefs, cooks, and caterers. As the biggest body of culinary professionals in Zimbabwe, we unite industry experts, foster skills development, and open doors to local and international opportunities.
For more than 25 years, ZICA has proudly championed the culinary arts by representing over 500 members—from renowned chefs and caterers to culinary educators, military personnel, apprentices, and trainees. Under the leadership of President Brighton Nekatambe, we continue to transform the culinary landscape, ensuring that every member has the resources and exposure to excel in their craft
